Calculator inputs

Calculations run on your device. This app does not submit your form inputs to a separate application database, create user accounts, or collect an email address.

Saving on your device

If you choose “Remember my inputs” or save a comparison scenario, the app uses your browser’s local storage. That data is available to this site on the same browser and device. You can remove saved scenarios with their remove buttons, turn off remembered inputs, or clear site data in your browser.

Sharing and exports

A scenario link contains your entered calculator numbers in its URL. Anyone with that link can see them. URLs can also appear in browser history or hosting request logs. Only share numbers you are comfortable disclosing.

CSV downloads and printouts are created on your device. You decide where to save or share those files.

Client estimate details

Business name, client name, service, scope and notes remain in the current page. The app does not save these fields to local storage or add them to scenario links. Resetting the planner clears them. Previewed or downloaded client estimates include the details you entered and the chosen fixed price, but exclude internal costs and margins.

Your browser may retain downloaded files or printed documents. Review what you export and decide where to share it.

Hosting and external sites

The hosting platform may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and requested URLs, to operate the site. This app adds no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

External source links open websites that have their own privacy practices. We do not send calculator form values to those links.

Changes

This notice describes the current calculator-only service and was last updated November 1, 2026. If accounts, payments, email collection or additional analytics are introduced, the notice will be updated to explain them.
